6.0/10

The hotel is situated right on Zócalo, providing an excellent location with views of the Veracruz Cathedral. The rooms, although spacious, were a bit shabby and outdated, overlooking the kitchen or garage areas, which affected the overall atmosphere. The service was unhelpful and indifferent to our needs, lacking functionality. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's prime spot in the heart of the city offers a vibrant experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, right on the Zocalo, across from the Veracruz Cathedral. The rooms, although a bit different from the pictures and with windows to the hall, offer a unique experience. Service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being very nice while others are unhelpful. Dining options are limited to fresh meat only, and the facilities are functional but basic.

The hotel has a great location overlooking Zocalo, but the rooms are a bit shabby with a garage view. The staff can be unhelpful at times despite the historic district setting. The dining experience offers homemade rolls, and the facilities seem lacking compared to others in the area.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were huge but a little shabby, old-furnished, and with a garage view. The windows face the hall, making it feel like a store display.
Service
5.0
The staff just gave me a 'No, no tengo' response and seemed unbothered despite my requests for help in the historic district. Room service and housekeeping were lacking.
Location

The hotel is exactly on Zocalo, offering a prime location for exploring the area. However, the view from the rooms looks terrible compared to other places around.
Dining

The dining experience included homemade rolls, but the offerings were limited.
Facilities

The facilities seem to be in a dilapidated state compared to what is expected in Mexico City.
